Limited Lifetime Warranty
BlueBuilt offers a limited lifetime warranty on eligible fabrication and installation workmanship for BlueBuilt-made cabinetry and shelves, subject to the conditions below and your project agreement.
Coverage
For the original purchaser, the warranty covers defects in BlueBuilt fabrication or installation workmanship during normal residential use, for as long as that purchaser owns the product at its original installation address.
Exclusions
Normal wear, dents, scratches, natural wood movement or colour variation, misuse, overloading, improper cleaning, excessive heat or moisture, water leaks, impact, building movement, alterations and repairs by others are excluded.
Hardware and accessories
Third-party hinges, slides and accessories carry their applicable manufacturer warranties. They are not automatically covered by the BlueBuilt lifetime workmanship warranty.
Making a claim
Contact us through the website enquiry form with your name, installation address, approximate installation date, description of the issue and photographs if available. We will review the issue and advise on the next step.
Remedies and rights
For a covered defect, BlueBuilt will assess an appropriate repair or replacement. Your signed agreement and applicable law govern additional terms. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be limited.
